1. Driver information

We require the following information from any drivers that is signing up to work with us;

– First Name
– Last Name
– Email address
– Phone Number
– Profile Picture
– Password

Apart from this information to create the driver’s profile, we also require the following information;

– Driver’s License
– Social Security Number
– Mailing Address

This information is required to enable each user to be able to drive with us.

2. Vehicle Information

We require the following information from any vehicle registered to work with us;

– Vehicle Registration
– Vehicle Insurance Policy
– Vehicle Inspection

This information is required for each vehicle register to work
with us.

3. Acceptance of company’s terms and conditions

Each person signing up to our app has to accept the terms and conditions set by our company,

And every time these terms are updated, each driver has to accept the updated version before gaining access back to their account in our app,

This way we prevent that any user might not be up-to-date on the company policies, terms and conditions.
